COVID-19 Update

Our Most Recent Update

To our valued clients,

We are once again able to provide non-essential visits for routine vaccinations and surgeries to our patients. Our clinic will remain open during regular office hours however,  the clinic doors will still remain closed. Our Doctors will be available for telephone consultations for sick patients, routine annual health visits and all surgeries.  Our reception staff will be available to book telephone appointments and take prescription refill requests. If you have an appointment a Technician will come out to your car and bring your pet into the clinic for any examination, treatment or surgery required, then it will be returned to you. We ask that you pay by e-transfer or credit card over the phone.

We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls and you may be directed to voicemail.  Our lines may be constantly busy as we are forced to conduct business over the phone.   If you have to leave a message, we will do our best to return your call as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time.

For any prescriptions or supplies, we ask that you pre-pay with either e-transfer or Credit Card and we ask that you call when you arrive and your supplies will be labelled and placed in our front vestibule for you to pick up.
