Michelle and her Hungarian Vizsla, ‘Crush’. Michelle graduated as a veterinary technician
from St. Lawrence College in 1996. She has been with us at Three Islands Veterinary
Services for 6 years and is very knowledgeable and is talented at what she does. In
addition to lab work, x-rays, IV catheters, surgery assistance and dental hygiene,
Michelle is especially interested in nutrition and oral health care. Michelle grew up in
Bobcaygeon and along with her husband Mike have 2 young boys who are surely NHL
bound. Apart from spending countless hours in hockey arenas, Michelle likes extreme
sports with her dogs like skijoring, bike joring and more recently, dog scootering.
(Essentially all these sports involve strapping yourself to your dog(s), going at rapid
speeds and trying not to die!)
Jeannine with 18 year old ‘Nikki’. Jeannine has lived in the Bobcaygeon area for most of
her life and has been a veterinary receptionist for almost 20 years. She has been part
of the Three Islands team for 4 years and brings a high level of professionalism and
knowledge with her. She is also a great veterinary assistant and can help out with pet
restraint and lab work and x-rays when called upon. Jeannine and her husband Phil
have 2 boys, Max and Sam who keep them busy outside work hours with lots of sports.
Lisa is our newest receptionist, she loves loves working with animals and meeting all the pets at the clinic. She has a background of protecting animals as an animal cruelty investigator.
Lisa and her husband Dave have 5 children, 3 grandchildren and a Greatdane/Lab X "Hunter"
Lisa is a huge NFL football fan and loves to travel. She has hiked in Alaska and the Himalayas to Mt Everest. She has been to 5 continents and going to the last 2 are definitely on her bucket list.
Anne and Bandit. Anne is our favourite book keeper! She works quietly away in her
office paying our bills and doing payroll and other fun stuff. Anne lives in Bobcaygeon
with her husband Bruce and has 3 grown up (and almost grown up) children.
Mitch started with us as a high school co-op student several year ago. When he decided to take a
year off school before university, we snagged him. He's a great help in the back office with
pet care and surgery clean ups and running blood work. In his spare time he loves to hang out
with his equine and canine friends.
Careful buddy, better put your helmet on! :)
